#FitReader Update

 Goals:
Challenge: FMSM 30 Day Challenge
Strength training once a week: 2/7 this week. 
Eat healthier: 5/7 
Hit at least 2000 calories everyday: 4/7
Walking to Mordor: 93.22 /1779 miles

Here's what I did this week... 
4/1/17: Legs and Core- 20 mins
4/2/17: Chest, Tri, and Shoulders + 20 mins of Yoga = 45 mins
4/3/17:Rest
4/4/17: Rest
4/5/17: Rest
4/6/17: Lazy
4/7/17: 1 hr Grocery Shopping
